New ELAC sub with problems

Just bought my first subwoofer (ELAC sub3010) and plugged it into my Onkyo RZ830. I have two ELAC towers to create a 2.1 setup.
The sub worked for 15 seconds while demoing it on Netflix. I turned the TV off and back on and the sub never worked again. The blue led light does not illuminate any more (tried plugging it in to other outlets and no luck).
Pretty disappointing to not be able to listen to this new toy. I'm afraid this sub was pretty much dead on arrival. I've hit the reset button several times. The blue light would blink but would turn off after a second. Any help or recommendations with this would be appreciated.

Sounds like you need to return a defective unit. Seems you've done the consumer available steps at least....and I'd go with a sub specialist rather than something like this....
