New company?

Anybody ever heard of Canyon Audio? Saw a pair on eBay for next to nothing and was curious about what rep they may have.

They're another very budget minded manufacturer. Here's a review Audioholics did on their speaker setup:

As you can see, you can probably do better for your money, unless they're super, SUPER cheap.

thanks for the info. actually found the review shortly after i posted the question. think i'll be looking for a more recognized brand.
