New comcast DVR

I currently have the Motorola DCT6400 Series Phase III (with HDMI) set top box. Comcast is now offering a new DVR, it is either the Motorola DCH 3416 or DCH 6416. Does anyone know which one it is and is it a better unit than the DCT 6400?

id say as long as you have all the connections you need and the box isnt acting up unless it has a bigger harddrive id stick with what you have
i got 2 that have to be traded in they keep freezing up and not taping new shows

Hard drive size

I would like to know if the hard drive is bigger.

I currently have both the DCT 3412 and the DCT 3416. The difference between the two is, the 3412 has a 120GB HD and the 3416 has a 160GB HD. Other than that the two boxes are identicle.

I have had no experience with either the DCH 3416, DCT 6400 or DCH 6416. Nor was I offered the option of any of those 3 boxes. If you really want to learn more abot the differences of those boxes ... Motorola Digital Video Recorder Set-top Models - High Definition (HD) Looks like they both have 160GB drives...
