New AV123 x-Series Encore speakers

Tomorrow I expect UPS to deliver the first few components of my new 5.1 speaker system tomorrow. I will be receiving:

2 - x-MTM towers (expected delivery 2/6/2008)
1 - x-CS center (expected delivery 2/6/2008)
2 - x-LS surrounds (expected delivery end of Feb.)
1 - MFW-15 subwoofer (expected delivery end of Feb.)

I ordered all of these in the Palisander Natural Satin finish. When I get these set up and hooked to my Onkyo 875 I will post my impressions.

That should prove to be a pretty kicka** little system. I've been waiting to hear some forum members discuss the new Encore series once they start getting out there in the homes. I was this (imagine pinching thumb and forefinger together) close to purchasing a set blindly myself at one point.

I have several reference disks that should bring out the best in your new setup! The bad part is, now you're giving me the itch again and the wife will look on any new purchases on my part very dimly, indeed. As you can appreciate.
