HI All:

Wanted to let you know about a the newest audio magazine on the web,
[deleted]. I used to write for The Absolute Sound, but got tired of
the elitist attitude. [deleted] still has a bit of high priced gear, but we have a little bit for everyone, from DIY folks, to vintage gear and music too!

We publish 10 times a year and the subscription is free. It is a PDF publication, so you can download to your computer and save if you wish.

We do not ask for any personal info, or require you to have a user ID or password. Just your email address and we will drop you a polite note every five weeks when the new issue is out.

The web address is:

[deleted]

We look forward to seeing you and hearing your comments!

Thank you,

Jeff Dorgay
Publisher

[And Jeff, we look forward to you learning some basic etiquette and contacting us in the future before promoting yourself on our forums (and double-posting to boot). - Admin]

Hey man, as much as I like to see new publications come out, it's pretty uncool that you're blatantly hyping yourself on another Audio Publication's forum. That's pretty low. I bet if you contacted them they might help you out. But this way is just lame.

I just checked it out, and it's a classic Audiophool mag. Tubes, and plinths, and magic cables, oh my! Granted, there was an interview with a good jazz artist, but too much of the other stuff to really satisfy me.

I subscribed to Sound&Vision for three years just to read T. Nousaines speaker measurments (the written article was, of course, complete fluff), and the lab reports on AVRs. And HDTVs in the beginning, but those have been universally good for years now.

So this "magazine" may have just as much crap to ignore, but at least its free.

I agree, specially with that last word... Free is such a good sounding word :D

However, the fellow did double post this. Now that is frowned upon. :(

EDIT:: Clint went ahead and deleted the other post....
