Ok so my name is Sean and I'm new here. Hopefully one of you guys can help me out with this.
I picked up a set "computer" speakers to use for a little extra sound and bass. Ok on to the problem...the speakers are a Boston acoustics ba735 2.1 set. The speakers are digital and there lies the problem. I do not have a digital inputs on my tv or other components I have an analog-digital converter and a digital-analog converter and have tried them both and can not figure this out. The only input on the subwoofer is a digital coax. Both of the converters are digital coax to rca and I have an rca to 3.5mm stereo cable for the back of the tv or phone or whatever source.
Any help is appreciated as I am about at the point of just banging my head against the wall trying to figure this out.

Are you sure that your TV has no digital out? What is your TV model? Analog to digital converter should work out there tho. What converter do you have and how have you connected it? And what other components you have got?

Not going to lie the converters are cheap, it has toslink but the converters do not have that input they both have it on the output side.
As far as how I ran them. Plugged in the stereo hp jack into my phone and the hp jack on the tv both converters are digital coax to left/right rca to stereo 3.5
