Not much to go on in the way of needs of HT vs music, or room size etc, but I have a pair of old D-9’s. They’re 3 way CV’s with 15’s. Far as I know, all CV’s are easy to drive so I would just get a solid AVR and skip the amp. Are you going to use surrounds and center, or a subwoofer?

Room size is about 16 x 18. I would like the option of incorporating some surround speakers in the future. Just really want something with Bluetooth and FM radio and HDMI to drive these Vegas.

I would really like a nice HT receiver and a separate amp to push the CVs
Amazon options led me to here because there are so many options.

Again, very little info to get useful suggestions.
What is your budget?
What are the specs of the CV's? ie sensitivity, minimum power requirements.
Most avr's, other than the cheapest you can find, will have Blutooth and HDMI.
Your avr will need outputs to connect to an amp.
Why do you think you need an amp as well as an avr? Are the speakers that power hungry.
You need to do a lot more homework so you can ask questions that are answerable.
