Need STEREO receiver with subwoofer output

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced stereo-only receiver that has a subwoofer (line out) output? I want to power a sub/sat system for stereo listening, but I don't need 5.1. Is there such an animal on the market? I don't need a lot of power, either; the speakers will be reasonably efficient.

I'd go for a HK 3380 or 3480. Great receivers, I have a 3380 for my bathroom system and it is an awesome stereo. The only difference is the wattage, the 3380 is 80x2, the 3480 is 120x2.

I'd second the Outlaw. It is likely one of the few, if not only one that has a selectable low pass for the sub. NOT cheap, relatively speaking though.

You can check around for the H/Ks used - the current and previous models. They also sell refurbs factory direct at www.harmanaudio.com

Sub connections

What kind of sub do you have?
Many subs have high level speaker inputs in outputs. These allow you to connect the speaker level outputs from a stereo receiver to the sub and from the sub to the mains. A knob on the sub sets the crossover between the mains and sub. This type of sub will work with any stereo receiver.

if you have efficient speakers,
the HK 3380 also has sub out, and still has plenty of power.
