I'm trying to make some decisions with regards to my home theater, but I'm all over the map and could use some help. I leaning towards the Samsung LN-T4671 LCD but also considering the Panasonic TH-50PZ750U. For a receiver I like the Onkyo TX-SR805 but I'm concerned how this will work with a blue ray player and HD Comcast due to upconversion? Finally, I'm like the Paradigm Cinema CT-90 speakers.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

The final desicion should be based on what is pleasing to your eyes and ears alone. So with that, I have heard many good things about Samsung TV's and liked the way they looked when I was buying a TV myself. I did not particularly like the Panasonic. As for the Onkyo 805, I have only heard good things as well. You do not need to worry about the upconversion with your HD cable and your Blue-Ray player because they will be sending the receiver 1080p signals. The upsonversion is for video that is lower quality. The receiver will upconvert that video. Speakers: Paradigms are excellent speakers. I have some and love them. What is your budget for all of this? I am sure you have heard this before but your speakers should be on the higher side of your budget.
