Need Some Advice

Hi Guys,

I'm new and I require some advice.

I just purchased the Sony x900e tv with 4k, uhd, and hdr. Is it possible to use my Sony str-dg820 receiver, or will I have to purchase a new receiver? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Depends on what you want to use it for, it won't be much use for the video 4k/uhd/hdr aspects, tho you could use it for audio. What are your 4k sources?
