Need review of PANASONIC DVD mini hifi VK82D/92D

Hi,

I will get straight.

Please go through this and, if possible, at your local dealer. In case
you own a similar product, that's great!

After all my research on mini hifi and current trends in market and
technology, I am finally satisfied with the model 92D (its same as 82D
as in URL but with 2 separate sub woofers, multi-amplifiers for each
channel and 8500W PMPO). I would be inclined to own one soon.

I appreciate as many and any reviews/responses here.

I think that that system is a bad choice. It may have a lot of features and easy connectiviety but the sound is going to be crap for the price you are paying. If you must go HTIB I'd suggest this guy: http://cnet.com.au/hometheatre/homecinemakits/0,39028692,40057921,00.htm. It's not what I'd pick for myself but I'll bet dollars to donuts that it will kick the crap out of that Panasonic, and the speakers are wall mountable, very neat. I am a big fan of Panasonic, especially their DVD players and projectors, but I am NOT a fan of boom box home theatres. Too many compromises IMO. The product I'm suggesting below is close to the MSRP of that Panasonic you looked at ($300 AU more MSRP) but it will utterly destroy it quality and looks wise.
