I'm in the market to replace my old cheapie RCA home theater system. I have been looking for a receiver for around $500 or less to start my new audio system and have read multiple reviews and bulletin boards. It seems as though 2 of the best reviewed receivers for my price range are the pioneer 1014TX and the Onkyo 602. I will be using it mostly for music (cd, mp3) but also some dvd and computer playback (games, mp3). I wouldn't consider myself a real "audiohaulic" but do enjoy clear sound and really powerful output. I have also looked at some cheaper receivers do to the fact that I wasn't entirely sure I would be able to tell the difference (other than a couple hundred dollars haha), especially the panasonic he200. I could use some advice to push me in the right direction on these choices or even other suggestions. Also, I'm probably gonna need a full set of new speakers to compliment it so some suggestions on that topic would be welcome as well (comparable price range please). Thank you.

Pertaining to the speakers, I've recently found a deal on infinity 250/150 speakers where if you buy a pair of alpha 250s for $400, you get a free pair of 150s. Can anybody recommend or dispute these speakers or another group of four satelites for under $500 to go with the receivers mentioned above? Thanx again.
