Just an update:
It came today and sounds amazing! A little more sharp than I am use to use but none the less a huge upgrade. Other than lacking DSD this AVR gets my golden seal of approval. I suggest to anyone if you are looking for a AVR within $500-800 range get this one.
I use the Pink Floyd DSOTM for reference and every time i pull it out I get blown away by everything I hear in the 24/96khz mix and my speakers don't even go that high. For the xbox and most of my movies, they sound the same because the sound was already low production.
