<font color='#000000'>I'm buying this item used for about $100 from friend I know. I'm not a real audiophile but I've been doing some reading and feel as though this would be a nice item to help me get a start.
I can't seem to find any information on this item on the internet and was hoping to read up on it before I starting plugging it in to anything.
Does anyone know of a site that lists information on older audio items?
Is this a decent reciever to start a mid to higher end system up with? I have plans to buy some higher end items and had my eye on something newer to go with a Marantz SR8200 CD Player I am looking at.
Of course listening to it is the first step to answering most of my questions, but if anyone has any experience with this i could really use a little help. Thanks ahead of time.</font>
