Need Help with Wall Plates

What type of wall plate and cable will I need to connect my subwoofer (HSU VTF3-MK2 )?

This is the first system I have ever put together and I am going to run all my wiring in wall so everything looks well organized and clean. However, I am a little confused on what wall plate I need. I need 1 wall plate that will allow me to hook up a speaker and also run a cord to my subwoofer.

I use Leviton QuickPort inserts with Decora plates. All my cables are RG-6 Quad Shield; you'll need one for your left and one for your right for each connection.
