I have a RT2000i that has a blown plate amp.
Does anyone here know of a reliable repair center that can repair these reliably?

Replacing a plate amp is pretty straightforward if you want to handle it yourself. Parts Express has all kinds of them. All that is required is dealing with a difference in the opening size and then connecting the amp. If Polk sells plate amps that aren't overpriced, you won't even have to deal with a different opening size. Next stop-a phone call to Polk.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
How do I test the bass, midrange and high cones to ensure they are OK?

From what I can tell, this is a full range speaker with a built-in powered “subs?” I’m not sure I’d to go with a generic off-the-shelf amplifier. It’s possible they have incorporated some equalization and limiting specific to the design. I’d check with Polk and see if they have replacements. If not, you’re out of luck and will have to find one used. Try ebay.
