need help with bose speakers v 201

Bi-amping Without Bi-amping

with these specs i need to know 2 things

should these be set as small or large on my amp....
and.....

with my sub setting should it be all signal going to sub, or sub and fronts???

The frequency response specs don't make any sense at all. No way do they go down to 10Hz or up to 120KHz....I think this a big typo

Curiously, Bose does not furnish frequency response on their website for this model of speaker. I don't believe they furnish the specs for any speaker anywhere. But we already know that here at Audioholics.

The only place I could find those specs was dealtime. The penultimate speaker authority. They did curiously spec out the response as the op wrote. However, I would imagine some zeroes were thrown in: rather than 10Hz-120000kHz, it may be closer to 100Hz-12,000kHz.

I'm with you. I think they tossed that extra zero on the wrong end.

I wouldn't set them to small or large. I'd set them on the curb outside and call the city for a pickup.

Now now guys, it could be 1000 Hz to 1200 Hz. Ex's father had a pair in his home "theater" with Bose center and surrounds, a small Yamaha sub, a pretty high end Pioneer receiver, and an incredible 60" Sony SXRD. Needless to say my tv is no where near as nice but she was amazed at the sound my system has. There were holes in the lows, mids, and highs of the Bose system.

They do add a Bose effect to the sound.
