My crossover showed up yesterday and I have been trying to get it up and running. I am able to get output from the subwoofer channel, but I am ubable to get any audio from the high output channel. I'm not sure if my problem lies with the fact that I am trying to go from the XLR output to an RCA input on my receiver. The subwoofer output is XLR and I have converted that to an RCA connection with no problems. I have wired my XLR connectors as shown here:

This is how I wired my subwoofer cable:

And this is how I wired the high output to my receiver:

Here is the manual:

I have stereo mode selected, my PC is connected to the input (#4 in the manual), and I have my receiver is connected to the high output (#1 in the manual). Here's a picture of how I have it set up.

It looks like photobucket downsized my high res image, oh well. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks in advance for any help.

I don't have that unit, but taking a look at the manual it seems (I can be wrong):

If you're into stereo mode, you have to read the bottom labels.
In stereo mode you have 2 channels input, the Input #4 signal will come out on the high and low XLRs that are next to it.
The Output #1 and #2 comes from the XLR input between #3 and #5.
Another way to look at it is that each channel has 3 sets of XLR connections, one input and two outputs.

So, or I'm wrong or you have it all wrong.

You need 2 balanced XLR cables. One going to input 1 (between label #3 and #5) and the other to input 2 (label=4). If your soundcard does not have balanced outputs, just use two unbalaced cables.

To get the high outputs working you will need 2 XLR to RCA cables (like the sub cable. One will connect XLR high output 1 (label 1) to RCA on the receiver; the other will connect XLR high output 2 (on the right of sub out) to RCA on the receiver.

Hope this works. As I said, I don't have this unit.

I had it wrong this whole time, the way the inputs/outputs are labeled are a bit confusing in the manual. Now that you have explained it and I took another look at it I feel a bit silly, but at least I have it working now. Thanks!

Glad to help :)
Don't feel silly, the manual is a bit of a mess. The instructions seem all wrong to me. When I read it, it just didn't make any sense. It's one of those cases: "Don't read the F. Manual" ;)
