need help wall mouting/ceiling mounting Klipsch Book shelf speakers

I have a pair of Klipsch Synergy B2 speakers and they do not come with mouting equipment so If any one knows where i can buy some or how to make some that would be great. I want to mount one on the wall facing down at a 45 degree angle and the other on the one on the ceiling faceing slightly slanted so it can be in the direction of the listener.

thanks so how would these wall brackets and the back of the klipsch speaker stick together? would i need to drill some kind of hole into the bookshelf??
