I have minimal experience with stereo systems and am looking into setting up a system in my back yard and pool. I have a cabana where i was planning on putting the receiver. The system would be run mostly using an ipod but i would like to have the flexibility of being able to play fm radio as well. I wanted to have 2 main speakers either mounted or not. one by the pool and the other on our patio and then have three smaller speakers one of which would be mounted on a lamp post the other two would be on the ground. I was looking for advice on both selecting equipment and installation. I want something with good sound quality but not top of the line.
