Need Help on selecting speakers for HT

Hello,
I am in the market for a new home theater system.
I have decided on the receiver denon avr 788 and HSU STF-1 sub woofer.

Having a hard time to decide on the speakers. I live in a apartment with living room 25*15.
My preference is to buy small size speakers but with a good sound quality, since I am short on space.

Budget is 300-400$.
I have shorlisted few brands
1. Polk RM 75
2. Kilpsch Quintnet III- though they are slightly above my budget.
3. Another combination Paradigm center speaker and Polk side speakers.

I have heard Polks RM 75 in circuit city and liked the quality. I am not so concerned about a high bass since I listen to lot of classical music where polk speakers seem to peform better at low frequencies.

Also, Can you suggest the best match brand of speakers for the Denon receiver and HSU sub woofer

May I suggest you look at these speakers. You can start with your main L/C/R speakers for now, and add 2 surrounds later. I know you said you wanted small speakers. But small speakers (in your budget zone) come with small sound.

Amazon.com also has an infinity TSS-500 system in your budget that should work well.
