I am just a newbie in Home theatre. Just like to know what is the difference in picture quality if I use SCART to component connection and Component to Component? that is from DVD player to TV. I am planning to buy Pioneer DVD player 575 which has SCART and component connection. Where as my rear projection is sony KP-FX432M91 which has component jacks and HD and VD sync. What are those anyway?
