I recently bought a truck with subs already installed but only the small speakers above the door work. The subs nor door speakers work. There is a (assuming) amp under the seat and another one above the pedals. I took the radio out and saw that there were 4 plug in wires and only 2 slots so 2 wires were just sitting there. Any advice on how to fix this. Would rather just have Audi threw the door speakers at this point but if it’s not a hassle have the subs too. ANY advice would be greatly appreciated

This isn't much of a car audio forum. Your description is pretty vague, too.

What car? Stock or aftermarket headunit? Could be as simple as running new wires. If the equipment is there, theres a solution.

May be you can trace the wires. It seems to me you are in the UK. I would not put a lot of money into that unit. The UK switch off of FM radio is imminent, and probably will be this year. 49.9% of listeners are now receiving programs by DAB or Internet. The switch off of analog broadcasting is scheduled to occur when that number I quoted passes 50%.

Your unit can not receive DAB.

Thank you for the information, I will probably buy a new head unit and try to re-wire it to get the door speakers to work and then see if I should even bother with the subs
