I made a box 25 inches in height, 16 inches width and 12 inches in depth for my 12 inch sub woofer, mid-range and tweeter. The height and width of the box is ok. I am concerned about the depth. Did I make it too deep? The back of the cabinet is at least 5 inches from the back of the woofer. I am getting little to no bass (I still haven't installed foam). Should I reduce the depth by adding thick foam or should I redesign the box? I also made two 3 inch holes at the bottom of the sub woofer. Is that hamperring the performance? Should I get the hole down to one? If so how many inches and where should I place it? Please help!
