Need help in deciding an AV Receiver

Hi Folks, Though not new to audio and HT, I am indeed new to AV Receivers.
For the last 2 weeks, I have been reading, and viewing (Youtube videos) reviews on various AV Receivers ranging from Denon to Yamaha and Onkyo.
I now have a seller who has Yamaha HTR-3064, an Onkyo TX -SR805 and a Denon 1611.
I compared their specs and the 3064 seems to be relatively new but is still in the discontinued product list, on Yamaha site!

Need your help in deciding the right one among the above.

I shall start seeking your advice on speakers later :) (I already looked through Jamo, Mission, Klisch )

Thanks in advance.

As for the receivers, they are all good and it will boil down to which one has the features and I/O you need and personal preference.

But, it's generally recommended you choose your speakers first and then you select a receiver that's suitable for driving them.

I personally prefer receivers using Audyssey like Denon and Onkyo. Figure out your speakers first as markw suggests.

I vote for the Onkyo TX-SR805. It is a beast of a receiver and will drive almost any speaker. It is one of the only receivers in its class range that the power rating is at all channels driven. or in other words, it puts out what they advertise it will. Get is and don't look back.

Hi Buddy, Thanks for your suggestion. I shall get in touch with the buyer to check if he still has the appliance to sell.
BTW, based on suggestions from the other two buddies, I have started my search on speakers, Since I dont want to go for a big budget speaker system, I am looking at the PolkAudio TSi 300 or 400. I am starting with the floor standing towers only, for now, and will manage with the existing Sony HT speakers for the rest.
Do you feel the choice is good or do you suggest an alternate model in the same price range. (sub 500$ range)

Thanks again.

Hi There, The seller now has Onkyo SR 506 and says its new (maybe unsold box) and I saw the ELAC FS 57 tower speakers pair. Please give your opinion on both, thanks.
