IMO, those don't look like Mini Monitors; they are most likely Atoms or Titans as mentioned and a PDR sub. Judging by the size, they are Atoms.

What do you mean the owner doesn't have that info? It says right on the back of the speakers which models they are.

Regardless of what they are, the stands alone cost almost that much originally; I have the same ones for my surrounds.

Do you think it's a good deal? I'm not too familiar with the Atoms or Titans... what would they be comparable to in the PSB line? Alphas?

Another question: I noticed there are different versions of the Atoms... I'm looking online and seeing v2, v3, v4, v5, v5.... are they just updated versions of the same speaker, or does this indicate a different speaker within the same line (i.e. v3 would be a larger model than v2)?

Seems? Well, this seems to be a complete waste of my time. That, my friend, is 900 nicker in any store you're lucky enough to find one in. And you're haggling over 200 pound? What school of finance did you come from Nick? "It's a deal, it's a steal, it's the Sale of the f*cking Century!" In fact, f*ck it Nick, I think I'll keep it!

There were changes over the years to the Atoms, but up to about v4 they were basically the same speaker and more or less sounded the same. With v5 they eliminated the former Performance Series and moved them up to the Monitors, so they aren't the same as before. Those are one of the earlier versions though, possibly v1 or v2. They aren't the best speakers on earth, but that is a good deal IMO, as long as none of them are damaged.

Hmm.. Here's an update: the speakers are the Paradigm Micros with a CC-170 Center. I can't seem to find much info on these speakers - would they be able to fill a room about 8'x15'?

One of the things that bothered me about the earlier Performance series speakers, particularly the bookshelf speakers, is that the grills are fixed (non-removable). Bring a good flashlight to check the drivers. Chances are they will be fine since the grills aren't removable (90% of driver damage is caused by the curious type that removes the grills and touches the drivers).

I've always felt that the Performance series looked a little cheasy, but they are solid speakers and they were real budget monsters in their day.

The subwoofer appears to be a PDR-12 version 1, which was the largest PDR subwoofer in the series.

The center is whatever went with the performance series (don't recal model) and has fabric on the sides for no reason that I can tell. The grill is removable on the center.

The front left and right appear to be Atom v.2 at the oldest.

For $350 it is a fair price. In the used sale market the total value of those speakers and subwoofer if in fair to good condition would be at least the asking price, probably more. I'd figure about $175-200 for the subwoofer alone. I've seen Atoms in good condition bring as much as much as $150 a pair in great condition. In fair condition about $100 a pair. You do the math, and it comes out to be a good bet. In the event you don't like parts of the system, or all, you can recover what you have in it.
