im pretty new to car systems. about 6 months ago i bought a kicker 10in. L7 with a rockford fosgate 500.2 bridged to 1000. thats what the guy i bought it from told me... well now my l7 just rattles like a bi***. i think i had my frequency turned up to high. but now i bought 2 kicker 10in. comps. i used my friends old box and everytime we turn it up fast like 5 volume my amp cuts off. we put his amp an his sub in my truck an it did same thing, amp cut off. then we hooked his amp in his truck with my new subs an it was doing same thing, finally we took new subs out of box and the play fine....but when we put subs in box they cut off within 5 seconds. me or him have never had our amps cut off like that,. speakers say 4 ohms and idk what ohm the amp is an i dont know if it even matters. someone please help, im ready to be bangin again
