Need Equipment Recommendations to Connect Receiver to Wireless Network

I have a Yamaha Aventage RX-A710 that was cable connected to my network which allowed access to internet radio. Now that I have moved I would like to activate this feature only my receiver and wireless modem are in different rooms and running a cable is not the best solution. The Yamaha web site addresses this problem stating that wireless access is possible with a third party device like an access point or wireless bridge setup. I would like some recommendations on specific equipment I need to buy to accomplish this. Is this easy to setup? Gary R.

Netgear AV500. Power line networking for less than $150.

Works great. There is a version of this with a 4 port switch for home theater for $20-$30 more.

I've ran a wireless bridge, this solution trumps that one.

What don't you like about wireless bridges? How do they compare?

I can't think of the brand of the wireless bridge right now. The reason I like the powerline solution better is simple, speed.

I play Xbox 360 online and the netgear av500 is as fast as plugging directly into the router.

If you plan to stream hd video wireless can become a choke point.

However, if you are only going to use it for thigs like pandora, or other online music services, wireless would be fine.
