Fellow audioholics, I have a budget HT system (posted elsewere) and want to change my front speakers Technics SB-LX70s, the best option available to me is the Yamaha NS-7390. Now my actual speakers sound very good and I am wondering if this would really be an upgrade.
Will the Yamahas sound better than the older technics?
Has anybody experience the Yamahas NS-7390??

If you feel your speakers sound good, and you question your one possible upgrade option. Why exactly are you upgrading?

If the sound is that close, and if the store has a decent return policy, buy them, listen to them one after the other... and pick yourself. People will only be able to give their own personal opinions about the sound.

The big question is, why upgrade though?

Technics are old speakers, want a change and have a gut feeling the Yamahas sound very good.
Unfortunatly in my country (specially in the city where I leave) there are not many options, and for me it would be imposible to test Yamahas at home. No way they have a return policy.
Thanks for your comments
