Hello I am setting up.
Dolby Atmos system at my home.

I am going to for
B&W 683 S2 for front.
B&W HTM 61 S2 for center.
B&W ASW 610 for Sub Woofer.
and B&W CCM 362 for Atmos and Surround.

How will this setup speaker work and
Will Marantz SR6012 suffice the audio requirement.

Should be no problem with the Marantz. You may want to consider the Denon x4300 as you get a better avr for less. Also I'd consider a better sub also. Where are you located.

I am planning to buy now
Marantz SR7011 or Yamaha RX-A2070.
For same config of Bnw.
Yamaha is approx 20% expensive.

Which one is better AVR.

Wiring to surround will be Kimber Kwik 16.
To Front will be Kimber Kwik 12.

I would say the one that costs less, check out the equivalent Denon AVR-X4300H too. If you intend to use room EQ, then the Denon/Marantz may be a better choice.
