NEED ADVICE:
My old surround system is obsolete, 1991. So, I have purchased a new Mitsibushi DLP, 65" 1080p, model WD65734. My Blue Ray DVD selection is a Panasonic BD55, my gamer is a PS3. I need a new A/V receiver, and I need 7.1 speakers. I have researched forever. I have been introduced to a Yamaha 663 receiver and a Marantz, no particular model. For speakers I have been recommended Kilspch, Home Theater 8's. I'm old school Bose. My TV room measures 11 x 13. I don't know much about this stuff without research. Need advice on receiver and speakers based on space and current components. Would like to mount speakers high on walls. My price range, receiver - $500-600, speakers - $999 or under.
