Need a TV

Hey Folks,

Could you guys point me in the right direction for a 40" - 50" LCD or DLP from an online retailer (ID)? I want something high end without paying out the nose. I also would consider a refurb, as I'll be buying an extended warranty either way, new, or "almost new".

I will be ordering a new Toshiba 52XF550 in a month or two once I get my crap carpet replaced by porcelain tile. I've been following the thread at AVS for a few months and so far it is about 90% positive. I briefly owned the prior model and it was pretty good but with a few minor issues that don't seem to be present with the new model. The XF series is the top of the line - 1080p, 120 Hz, 10 bit panel with 14 bit internal processing, the works.

I'll be buying from Crutchfield again (they got them in stock 3/27). With free delivery and no tax it is actually slightly cheaper than buying at the one and only local place that carries Toshiba and their return policy is superb (basically no questions asked - within 30 days). http://www.crutchfield.com

Note too that these XF models have a super slim bezel and the 52" will fit in the space of others 46" models as it is slightly less than 48" wide.
