Need a suggestion for manufacturers of an ultrasonic frequency device

Thought I would sign up here to see if someone would be able to offer me some direction. Would anyone be able to suggest a manufacturer of equipment that is capable of producing sound waves of the infrasonic type (below 20hz) as well as ultrasonic (above 20k)?

I know this is an off the wall question but I didn't really have any idea of where to start. If not, a suggestion as to where else I might look for this kind of information would be helpful.

This would be in relation to materials testing.

Thanks

A number of loudspeakers can do that, however they don't tend to be cheap. And in cases of infrasonic reproduction, they aren't small either. What kind of sound pressure levels do you need? What other criteria do you have, ie. linearity, frequency range, physical manageability, etc. If this is for some kind of scientific or industrial project, you will also need a way of measuring what the loudspeakers are doing, so you will need very wide-range and accurate microphones, SPL calibrators, high-end sound interfaces for computers, and equipment of that type.

Welcome to AH.

Are you in the field or material testing?
Would this be a contact device or an airborne device such as a speaker?
Destructive testing or just penetrating?
I have heard of industry using sonic tests for voids, etc but where to find those test gear, don't know.
Have you tried Google

DoD and FSB come to mind. Someone in Cuba surely knows what's up with that.
