Need a repair facility

Greetings
I have been a lurker here for sometime and have now joined.I have learned much from reading your post and hope someone might be able to help me ouy

I live in Austin Tx and am looking for a repair facility for my H/K standalone CD burner.
It is the first generation unit.

When i try to record (digital/analoge-external and internal)the meter appears to be recording normally but upon playback it pegs and i get a constant buzz.
The unit still plays CD's fine,it just wont record.

You can use this page to locate an Authorized H/K Service Center. They should be able to repair it for free under warranty.

I found a repair facility through your link......now to find out if its worth fixing or just getting a new one.

It should be completely free to repair the unit if it's still under warranty and you purchased it through a H/K authorized dealer.
