Seriously, WE use those generic wired ones that go for about $15 at wally-world. Actually, the wireless with the USB nubs work quite well, too. We use the latter on the laptops.

I've had one of these for awhile now. Reliable, and tracks on nearly any surface. Plus with the software the buttons are totally mappable.
