Lookin for some guidance. I need an audio solution for a bar that i frequent. The place isn't that big maybe 1000 sq. Ft. But i have a few questions. I was wondering if anyone knew where i can can start to learn about what would work best with my budget. Maybe a site to visit to get some advice, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, this site is a great place for starters. I'd post this question in the speaker or reciever section. Your post here in this section will probably be purged soon. First question: your budget is?

Also:

Size constraints?
Desired volume?
Backround music only, or sound for TV too?
Desired styling?

First rule: Bose = no. Just, no.

Ok i will do that jaxvon. My budget however is still up in the air hopefully a grand or so. I don't need sound for tv just music. I want it to be clear even when the room is packed. I appreciate your help. Just a question of the subject. Why bose = no.

Sorry for waiting so long. Bose is really overpriced for the performance they offer. The sound quality is really bad and lacking in frequency response. I think this article should answer your questions. For the same amount you could invest in a Bose system that would give you mediocre performance without true or extended highs and deep bass, you could get a system that sounds great and gives you great highs and deep bass.
