Need a 32"

For some reason, I can't get the search function to work to find any old threads on this topic. I'm looking for a 32" flat panel for the living room. Everything i've read says now is the time to buy. I don't need 3D or any of the other fancy jazz. Looking for a good quality LCD that will last. Ceiling is $300-$350 (maybe $400 if I can up the refresh rate but not a big deal). Thanks!
