Need 2.1 system suggestions

I need suggestions for 2.1 speaker system under $40. I know that under this budget, it won't be superb and what's the best I can get in this range?

Main usage: Games, Movies

Looking for good clarity and bass.

Please suggest among the brands which are globally available like Logitech, Altec Lansing, Creative.

This isn't a popular opinion, but I'm a big fan of the Logitech 2.1 systems. I would get that. They're not exactly super accurate, but neither are any of the competitors and I find the sound from them pleasing and easy to listen to.

Since you iAsked the iQuestion without iSpecifying iLocation and iDesired iCurrency in iUS iDollars - I gave you reasonable option for cheap speaker you could get in US.

"Here", could be many places and prices in these places could vary drastically.
