Hi,

Is there a way to make my T762 turn on automatically when I turn on my TV?
(or any other input device).

I know this is possible with other receivers and I looked through the manual but didn't find anything about that.

You could get a universal remote with macro capability. And it would go through a sequence to turn on all equipment, or any equipment you program into it.

My old Onkyo TX-SV525 (circa 1996) had that feature. It would sense when a video signal was present on video1 and automatically turn itself on and change the input to video1. Haven't seen that feature on any receiver since - even from Onkyo.

Best solution now is a macro capable universal remote.
