Nad M15hd Audyssey Kit And Set Up

I have owned the M15/M25 combination for about two and a half years now and recently (November 4th) took the plunge and invested in the M15HD. Althogh the M15 is a brilliant processor the M15HD is in a different league. Only thing is the NAD rep has promised to set up the Audyssey pro for me, and so far keeps telling me the kit to do it is not yet available to him. Does anyone know anything about the kits availability in the UK?

It means he either hasn't bought the kit or isn't comfortable/good with it.
