I Own a new Nad753 rcv.
Setting the frontals in "Large speaker", in stereo mode, the sw hasn`t signal.
I believe that Nad753 V2 have an "extended bass" setting allowing sound in sw with forntals in setup like "large".
I want to listen in stereo whit frontal speakers in "LArge" and sound in the SW
How can I solve this problem?
Can I update the nad753 by myself?

Thanks in advance
forgive my bad English

I read a post here just yesterday (an old post from doing searches) where the group was talking about making SW connections. One poster stated that to keep a signal to the SW even when there's no LFE signal he put a Y connector on the RCA cable and connected it to both the L & R inputs on the amp. I don't know how accurate that info is though (3rd hand info) since I've never had to experiment. I hav'nt had that problem - mine stays on for music, movies all of the time.

There's tips forum in the audioholic's tip section that talks specifically on how to connect SW - and many other connections - to get what you want. I'd check out those articles and do some testing.

I have the NADT773 receiver. I'm sure it operates the same as your model. According to the manual with speakers set to large in the "stereo" mode the sub is disengaged.
