Nad 712 heat sink HOT

I have older NAD 712 and there are three little heat sinks kinda on the middle two of them are HOT and upper one is Extremely hot. is this normal ? also what are they.

ok they are voltage regulator im guessing there are 3 of them ? is it normal for them to get extremely hot?

If there is nothing wrong with the receiver itself, then yes it is probably normal.
