Usher has been producing speakers in Taiwan for more than thirty years, and makes a number of specialized in-house drivers featuring Be beryllium ceramic diaphragms. The spectacular stand-mounted Be-718s--the Tiny Dancers with Huge Presence--features Ushers’ own 1.5-inch Be beryllium dome tweeters and carbon-impregnated paper-cone midbass drivers.

beryllium is about as good of a material as you can get unless u get up to the Diamond B&W tweeters. There ultra hard and lightweight. As long as the box has proper bracing, size and crossover it should sound great.
