Mythos Gem XL or Promonitor 1000's??????

My wife likes the small ness of both sets of speakers, so should I spend the $100 more per speaker or go with the 1000's and get a 2000 center speaker? I really don't go too crazy with volume and I don't listen to music that much, so having a hard time deciding what to get for my family room which is opens up to the kitchen.

I have heard good things about the Mythos. Personally to me, def tech is a fantastic company for movies and crispness. It really depends on what you like best man. Id say go with the 1000s, save a little money and with the 5.25' driver, a slight more midrange.
