My DIY Subs
Just 2 pages of pictures of my subs. The first, smaller sub is a Stryke Audio AV12 in a sealed 1 ft^3 box powerd by a 500w plate amp from
www.partsexpress.com. I orginally was building a 5ft^3 E.B.S., but decided to go with something smaller and "tighter" when I acquired the larger sub. It produces a wonderful sound, but I have yet to really play with it (I'm currently away from my HT system, and won't be able to truely put it throught its paces until I go home in a couple of months)
The second, larger sub is a Stryke Audio HE15 with dual 18" passive radiators it is powered by a mackie m2600 (roughly 1800w into the 6ohm load). I bought this one for pretty cheap, but have yet to hear it (it's currently being stored at my brother's apartment).
Anyway, just thought I would try to inject a little life into this little used forum.
