While going through my settings on my NAD T753, in the CD input section I have a "gain" option. what setting should this be set at. It's currently at 0 but can go up or down by 9 settings (or so).

Thanks a bunch,
Don

This may be, but not sure, a trim to set the CD input so it will be of similar volume playback than other inputs. So, you may want to play a CD on the DVD and see which is louder and adjust to be about the same level?

Onkyo has a similar feature called Intellivolume. It helps in not having the volume vary so much when changing inputs.I use the tuner as a reference point.
