Here is my new sub build. Just used my kappa paerfect kappa perfect 12 vq and did the simple build.

I just veneered all except the front (which is painted gloss Back) and stained than several coats of gloss polyurethane.

That looks great! I'm about to start building a pair of these, what kind of veneer did you use if you don't mind me asking? Would you be able to post a picture showing the cabinet on a bit of an angle? I've been trying to decide how I want to finish mine, and I really like the look of yours.
