Looks like a great set up. I would try and pull left and right channel out wider to create a larger sound stage and better separation.

Spot on. if you have trouble hearing dialogue it's probably because the LR channels are too close to the center.

Nice and clean. I like your furniture and other stuff too, from what little I can see of it. I don't know much about audio but I'd also recommend spacing the mains out somewhat

I agree just move those mains out from center about a foot and it should make for a nice sound stage. Also if you could mount the center a little closer to the bottom the screen it would help dialogue imaging. Otherwise super clean I like it!

Even just getting the center up above the stand would help with center sound. Right now it is reflecting directly off the top surface. The mains should be pulled further apart as noted and also pulled away from the wall at least a few inches, preferably more.

I would start by doing a room crawl.

Put the sub in the primary listening position and play some bass heavy music. Then crawl around the room and find the spot where the bass is the strongest, smoothest, and most consistent. Then put your sub in that position. After you do that experiment by putting the sub farther and closer to the wall to see what sounds best to you. If it sounds boomy pull it away from the wall more. If it lacks punch or volume move it closer.

Good luck

Oh and very nice setup!
