My HT room - almost done!

Here's the room as it currently stands. I think I've got almost all of the audio components to the point where I'm happy with them - they more than fill my small 12'x15' room :D, the TV definately needs some work though.

Next up will be either a 50+" LCD RPTV or an HD projector, I haven't decided yet. I'm hoping that Santa (WAF) will be good to me and bring me some sort of audio rack this year - I haven't come across any overheating issues yet but the concern is always in the back of my mind.

In case you're wondering about the small boxes with the lights to the right of the receiver, one is a D-Link 8 port 10/100 Mbit switch and the other is a 250GB Hawking Technology Network Attached Storage drive. The XBOX (hacked with Xbox Media Center) is connected to the switch and streams videos, movies, and music from the NAS drive.

Very nice.

How do you like your Athena system, and the sub. I have the older version (AS-P400)

Thanks Sheep :)
I'm loving the Athena system right now, its such a huge step up from my old Logitech Z640's that was using before!

I actually just bought the AS-P4000 last week to replace my 8" AS-P300 (which now lives beside my computer :)). I can't believe the difference - the couches shake! I think it might be just a little bit big for my listening room though, I have to keep the volume down between 3 and 4 in order for it to be bearable in movies.

There's nothing wrong with only having your sub volume on 3 or 4. That means you're not pushing it too hard, which equates to a longer life span.

How's your Pio DVD player treating you? My 578A is doing very well :D
