My room has such an awkward layout that it is really hard to position things to make it right, and it is especcially hard placing sound.

Here is how I have my room layout as of now:

The TV is my huge dresser/Entertainment center.
The window has about 3ft from the ground to the window.
And the door has about 2 feet of space from the top to the ceiling.
I cannot mount any speakers on the window or door.
All the speakers are about 1-2' inches away from the ceiling.
Anyone have a suggestion? =P

What kind of speakers and receiver are you using and where do you usually watch television from?

Ideally, you want the television directly in front of you. Also, how about switching the locations of the TV and computer. Put the television along the long wall, and the Lt and Rt front speakers to the side of the television with the sub to the side of the Rt speaker nearest the window. Then you would be running your surrounds on the bottom left and bottom right of the schematic you drew, one on each side of the bed. Finally, put the computer where the television was. Just my $0.02.

I would change the placement of my computer, but the computer thing is built into the wall. So I cannot change it.

=(

And my speakers are crap, see my other thread.
